Rank Structure

Peon

Once you are invited to the guild, you become a Peon. The probation period lasts approximately a month. After this time, you will either achieve Raider rank or Bloodguard rank, or be kicked from the guild.

Bloodguard

Bloodguards are our social, non-raiding members of Synergie.
Bloodguards not permitted to sign for 25-man raids, and will only be taken to them by invitation.
Bloodguards are permitted to sign for 10-man raids, although priority will generally go to raiding members for learning 10-man content.

Raider

• Register on and use the Forum
• Upload their data to the Roster
• Install Mumble
• Register for DKP (description of DKP System used)
• Have a good attitude, and fit in with the guild atmosphere

NOTE: You must achieve the rank of Raider before you are allowed an alt in the guild.

Champion Raider

• Register on and use the Forum
• Upload their data to the Roster
• Install Mumble
• Register for DKP
• Have a good attitude, and fit in with the guild atmosphere
• Be an active forums user
• Attend 60% of the raids over a 3 month period (roughly 1 a week)
• Have full appropriate quality gear with the appropriate enchants and epic gems

Alts

Can only have one non level 80 alt, unless they are already in the guild on the launch of wrath.
